Delicious Summer Salad

1/2 Cucumber

1 Handful of Radishes

1 C Frozen Corn

1 C Frozen Shelled Edamame

1 Handful of Cherry Tomatoes

1 Handful of Cilantro

Juice of 1 Lime

Olive Oil






1. Slice cucumbers and radishes into bite sized pieces, coarsely chop cilantro and add to a bowl

2.Defrost edamame and corn and add to bowl

3. Juice 1 lime, add salt, pepper, olive oil, and tajin and add to bowl

4. Mix everything and chill for 1 hour. Enjoy!
